- A licensed advocate we coordinate with, only where your engagement requires review of a formal legal opinion, filing, or litigation matter, and only with your knowledge

4. Data Retention
We retain personal data collected through website inquiries for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months if no engagement follows. Data collected during a client engagement is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax, or regulatory record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted.
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act, Sections 11–14)
As a Data Principal, you have the right to:
- Access- request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities carried out
- Correction and completion- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Erasure- request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements
- Grievance redressal- raise a concern with us directly before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India
- Nominate- nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity

6. How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent for any processing based on consent at any time using the contact details below. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and withdrawal is as easy as the process by which consent was originally given.
7. How to File a Complaint
If you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India through the Board's official channels, as prescribed under the DPDP Act and Rules.
